It was an honor to be a part of Alison Palmer’s Annual Summit. The support and resilience from the people I’ve connected with during this experience has uplifted me. Having my story heard, being a part of this community, is a shining example of why I do what I do. Breaking my silence and publishing my memoir, Te’ora, was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do – but encouraging other women to share their stories is why I felt driven to do it.
